Environmental Planning/ EngineeringEnvironmental Site Assessments (21E) - Hazardous Waste Remediation - Licensed Site Professionals - Wetland/Waterways Permitting - Environmental Permitting
Environmental Site Assessments
Site assessments are performed in order to clarify the liabilities to the Massachusetts General laws which each site may have. Whitman & Bingham Associates will verify that properties are not subject to the hazardous waste regulation MGL 21E and the Massachusetts Contingency Plan 310 CMR 40.0000 (MCP).
Each site assessment is performed utilizing the latest ASTM and industry standards. Each site assessment is tailored to each client and/or each lending institution as required. Whitman & Bingham has been approved by many Massachusetts lending institutions for the preparation of 21E site assessments.
In the event that hazardous waste is observed on site, Whitman & Bingham Associates can assist the cleanup efforts with Licensed Site Professionals (LSP) who will assure that the proper steps are taken pursuant to Massachusetts regulations (MCP).
